I ordered these cheeses mid-April and their expiration was early to mid-May. I thought that was reasonable. The size of each brick was around 8 oz, similar to the cheese sizes in a local grocery store when shopping at the grocery store was safe. The cheeses tasted good. One of the cheese bricks was substituted, so two pieces were the same. The price was a little high but amidst COVID-19 situation I was satisfied as it was not totally out of line.

I ordered these cheeses because I wanted to try the Manchego Cheese made from the milk of Manchega ewes. I could not find Manchego Cheese in any local stores. I also received PDO Idiazabal Smoked Cheese (also made from sheep milk), Goat Semimatured Cheese, and Queso Mahon Menorca Semi-cured Cheese. These cheeses are made in Spain and they are all 8 ounces each.
Both my daughter and I love cheese and like to try different ones. I cannot comment on the flavor as I am bringing them to my daughter's house for crackers and cheese appetizers for Easter.
I received the cheese cold by Fed-Ex a couple of days early. They were wrapped in a cold bag with two good sized Nordic Ice freezer packs inside. I don't normally review items this quickly, but I was very impressed with the quick delivery and quality of this order. I will update this on taste after Easter Sunday. I did think it was a little pricey, but that is probable due to the Fed-Ex shipping.

These are authentic Spanish cheeses and tasted wonderful. However I know how much these would cost in Spain having lived there, and the price is definitely way too high. But as a last minute gift, it worked out well.

I think this may be my first Amazon review. I love this cheese so much that I ordered it twice in about a month. Carmen & Lola sent the package US Post, with cheese sealed in heavy plastic inside of a silver cold bubble pack in a box. They also include reusable cold packs.The first time I got the cheese, it had been in the mail for around 13 days. The cheese was probably vacuum sealed, because it tasted fine, but was really soft and oily (the weather had been hot). The second time I ordered, the packs were still cold and it took about a week. The cheese itself is amazing. Two pounds of cheese doesn't last long. The cheeses I got were Drunken Goat, Manchego, Mahon, and Idiazabal. There may have been a switch from what they say they have in the set, but it was all great. The Mahon is great for grilled cheese with tomato. The Manchego has disappeared first both times. I will order this again soon. One other thing: the price is right for shipping. There are other decently-priced cheese sets on Amazon, but the shipping is outrageous.
