Great insert fits great. Make sure you order the correct configuration for your saws model number
robert mullinsFebruary 5, 2018
This is a great product. It looks sturdy and is a spot on fit for my vintage craftsman 10 in table saw, I had to send the first one i ordered back but that was on me, I should have put the model number of my saw in the Amazon search instead of just the saw description. In one of the one star reviews for this the reviewer mentioned that the insert was too long that is what happened when i miss ordered the first time,

Fit my older Craftsman table saw perfectly. Very smooth surface and leveling the plateaus a breeze. I think my blade was a tad off of 90 degrees when I cut the slot, so now when I raise the blade up to cut anything thicker than 1" the spinning blade runs against the insert. Doesn't affect the function, just transfers some color from the insert to the saw blade. Would absolutely buy this again.

good quality and fit. adjustable too, which is nice. The rear holding clip is fixed and about 1/16" too loose on my saw and I needed to use my Dremel to create a slot for the front holding machine screw.
Fits my 1978 Craftsman

Try and find an OEM Dado insert for a 1978 craftsman table saw. Dont bother because you won't. This works great and fits perfect.

Very minimal fitting needed to fit in my Craftsman 315 series. Disregard the table top mess in the pics. I am in the process of refurbishing this saw I picked up. As you can see why I needed the new insert. I know a lot of people just make their own but this one is well worth the $30. The material and adjustment features on it make it a safe snug fit with a retention lip on the underside.
