This sorghum molasses is so flavorful, so wonderful! When I first tasted this after spreading it on my hot biscuits, I was thrilled. It was the flavor I remembered from childhood when we bought sorghum syrup at harvest time in Indiana. I have searched for sorghum for many years and have finally found it here on Amazon. I just hope they keep making it and selling it here on Amazon, because I am going to be a steady customer.
By the way, in case you don't know this, sorghum syrup is a healthy substitute for pancake syrup! It has trace minerals, healthy amounts of iron, calcium, and potassium and is high in antioxidants. Great on pancakes, waffles, biscuits, or bread and butter.

Great taste. Has a more sophisticated taste than plain pancake syrup on my pancakes and waffles. I mix it with honey. You can't buy this at a supermarket or health food store so this mail order place is the only way to get it. Never been disappointed with them.
