Great chopper

I had another model like this and gave it away thinking I wouldn't miss it. Wrong! In less than a year I was searching for another one. It's so handy for those quick chopping jobs. With only a few quick turns you can chop an onion almost perfectly. I find it works best with vegetables and not with cheese. Perfect to rice cauliflower, onions, peppers etc. This model has a different blade set up than my old one which had the curved blades but I think it works just as well. Easy to clean too. Also an improvement over my old one is a raised handle that allows me to rest my hand on the cover to hold down the unit while chopping. I have never used any of the attachments with this one or my prior one so I can't comment on those.

I read many reviews for this and other products of this kind. I decided to go with this one. The handle is worthless as the other customers have stated. I was very disappointed with the "salsa" making capabilities. It smooshed the tomatoes and left huge chunks of onion. Forget about the cilantro, that wouldn't even do anything except spin around with the blade. I do not recommend this product.

I would never use these, but my parents love them and have bought 2 for themselves and 1 for a friend. They had their original one for over 10 years and were surprised they are still sold iwth all the new gadgets out there. My parents would highly recommend... Buy 2 or 3! Share them with the world!

Great product...I bought one for myself and 4 more for gifts. It's a bit smaller than my original...but it is sufficient for a bowl of guacamole or salsa. Everyone is amazed at how efficient it is...especially good for rv's, camping, or off the grid preparation. Only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5

Had the 1st one over 12 years..don't spin them fast in one direction if you want it to last..go back and forth and you will not burn up the plastic bearing
