I bought this pan to make cheesecake in my Instant Pot. Yesterday I made my first cheesecake in a pressure cooker and was amazed how great it turned out. I would have never thought you could do this. The pan works great! I noticed that mine leaks when I fill it with water (I don't know if that's normal or not), but it didn't leak at all when I made a cheesecake in it. It really is nonstick, although I don't think lightly buttering/greasing the pan before using it would hurt anything either. I plan to reorder this pan in additional sizes.
