So far I am happy with it, though I am still waiting to see if the hair I used it on grows back. The needle is pretty flimsy, but as long as you are careful not to bend it, it is fine.
Slow and painful, but it really does work.

Ok, so this thing really works. Simple and permanent. Appears like it is just as good as professional electrolysis.
Now here's the catch. It is really, really slow and tedious. After cleaning and sterilizing the area with alcohol, and sterilizing the tip, I find a hair, carefully insert the tip, and it starts to work. I count to 20 and stop. Then I try to tweeze the hair, and usually it doesn't come out. So I try again for 15 seconds, and then it usually does come out. So averaging out prep time and zapping time, it is about a minute and a half per hair. (Count how many hairs in the area you want to zap, and do the math).
It also can be painful. Most hairs it is fine, but in sensitive areas like the lip it really hurts. If I rub ice on the area first, it is tolerable, but of course that takes even longer.
Overall I am pleased, especially for the price. If it breaks before I'm done with it, I will probably buy another one. But hopefully it will last long enough to do the small areas I need to do.
