I liked its flavor but I didn't like the loose stools I experienced as a result. It got better when I discontinued the iron supplement. I'm not familiar with the herbs in the tablets but it makes me wonder.

I am iron deficient, and I have to take daily iron supplements. I thought chewable tablets would be a great alternative to my iron pills. I couldn't stand the taste of these iron tablets so I stopped taking them. If you don't mind the strange taste, then this is for you.

They are actually better than expected...when you first chew them taste like a cherry flavor then you taste the metal after taste. I just drink plenty of water and you will be fine..

I did not like the taste AT ALL. However, I forced myself to take it for a couple of months and definitely noticed a change in my energy. So bottom-line, it works!! I did stopped taking it because I couldn't handle the metallic taste anymore.

Made the mistake of thinking they were gummie first of all- my bad. They are just "chewable". Secondly, my 3 year old for whom they were intended runs the other direction when he sees me going to the cupboard for the bottle. Tried them myself and they are not tasty by any means. Not able to speak as to their efficacy as a result.
