So far I have only made a basic white loaf with this, but it made a significant difference in the loaf. It was softer than what I usually make. I loved the texture of the bread. I am excited to keep experimenting with this enhancer.

I'm fairly new to making no knead breads. In doing my research, I discovered dough enhancers that make breads look and taste like the professionals do. I never heard of it before, so I ordered it on Amazon and it came in 2 days. I am delighted with the results of my breads and rolls and so is my husband. I have not been baking in this hot S.Carolina summer, but I will return soon and post a photo of my no knead breads.
