What a great idea...I love having a choice. I can use this when I don't have an opportunity to get the fresh bell peppers.
Have had so many bell peppers go bad before using them. With the dried whenever I'm cooking and need bell peppers...I've got them!

These are really nice to have on hand. Eliminates the need to feel like I need to buy peppers when they aren't on sale. Very nice sturdy packaging, these will keep for a long time.

Was so accustomed to ordering directly from Barry Farm's website, grew disappointed when dehydrated bell peppers remained too stiff during cooking. My confidence dropped tremendously and have since moved on.

Used it as a part of a bean soup while backpacking in the High Sierras! Rehydrated well, although I think if I was looking for it to be the texture of usual bell peppers, I think I would have been disappointed. As it was, it was perfect in the soup!

Work great in cooking. Must sit overnight for them to rehydrate in macaroni salad.
