Doesn't counter sweat problems in pole-dancing.

Don't really recommend for Pole dancing. - Maybe if you have the problem that you don't sweat enough to stick this would be perfect, but it doesn't stop you from sweating and once the layer of sweat is thicker than the layer of firm grip, it stops being useful - usually about 30 minutes into my workout. Might be good for a performance where you're not going to be really sweaty until after. It sprays on easily. Seems to wash off pretty well too, but gets on my jeans if I put them on right after class ( I use it on my legs).
Perfect for Aerial and Pole!

I have been doing aerial silks and Lyra for a little bit over a year now, and while I have a strong grip from my background in rock climbing, this helps so much! It created just the right tackiness, but doesn't leave a lot of residue on your hands. It keeps your hands from sliding down and saves a ton of grip strength. My studio sells it as well, but it was significantly cheaper on Amazon!
This is great for people who prefer tacky grips on their golf ...

This is great for people who prefer tacky grips on their golf clubs. I wish it lasted longer. I usually spray once per round. I confirmed with some rules officials that it is legal for tournament play as it is just rosin spray. Smells good too.
Good but a bit too tacky at times

I use this for Pole and it definitely comes in handy, however, sometimes it becomes a little too much and can hinder you a bit.
I find it the most useful when learning new pole tricks, however, I try not to depend on it when trying to master them.

The only product that makes me feel safe!

This is the only product that I can use while practicing my pole tricks in the studio. Every other product Ive tried hasn't done anything to help me. My hands just get too sweaty I guess. This is the only product that actually makes me feel safe.
The only down side is that, even after scrubbing the hell out of your body, expect to still be slightly sticky for the next couple of days. It also makes me itch a bit because I think it has rosin. This may make some people itch more than others I believe. But I'd take being slightly sticky and itchy for a day or two rather than breaking my neck because my hands were too sweaty!
