Pros:
Unit is sturdy.
Assembly was fairly easy to do, although the lengths of the bolts could have been better matched to the job.
Cons:
Ball is next to useless. It's light, so difficult to throw, and bounces off the backboard too far. If you buy this, plan an extra $12 to $15 to get a decent ball (note: you will have to find a ball approx 9" diameter).
The unit has three heights but is only adjustable by undoing bolts and adding or removing sections of pvc pipe. Although this can be done in about 5 minutes with the correct tools, I don't plan to do this. My advice is to pick the height that suits and leave it.

Nice hoop for the money. Sits on our deck and kids play every day. Base is heavy when filled (i used water) and stays put! Wish the front legs were designed different. Many times when you make a basket the ball will fall just right on the front legs and shoot the ball AWAY from the water making the kids grab it off the deck or climb out to retrieve it. Backboard is plenty strong enough and you get a nice consistent bounce off it. Was easy to put together and comes with extra poles to set the basket at 3 different heights. Great for all size kids (and adults, we have a lot of fun with it too!). Would recommend this product!

Pretty easy to put together, it's larger than expected which is good. Seems to be very sturdy and well made. The kids are having a blast with it.
