Don't waste your time. This is just like eating candy, they have no effect on smoking withdrawals.

Can't tell it reduces my desire to smoke any. This same company markets this basically the same pill under the name "Stop-it Smoking" which I also tried with same results (or actually lack of results)
They really don't don't do anything!!!!

These are very good it does the trick it's tasteless I was able to not smoke for two days but on the third day I couldn't stay without my nicotine fix. But now that I have the honey rose cigs I will take these while smoking the honey rose . Great product does work but I wasn't strong enough.
