SEEDS DON'T GERMINATE

My wife is an experienced gardener and has grown sprouts for many years. She's also followed the provided instructions meticulously. The result: after 10 days, less than 5% of the seeds show any sign of germination. Worst batch of seeds we've ever had.
Only half sprouted took too long

So first off I have a green thumb I can grow pretty much anything I order the seeds I soaked them thoroughly and it took over 10 days for them to sprout only half of them sprouted and half of those sprouted at different rates so I have an uneven canopy pretty disappointing I will probably order from another seed provider. True leaf has much better seeds!!
