This is not your ordinary folding plastic chair! You can tell that this is a quality product made of quality materials. I love that there was no assembly required. Just pull it out of the box and you're good to go. The reclining feature is simple and easy to use. Folding the chair into it's storage position took me a second to figure out at first, but once I figured it out, I had no problem doing easily every time. I found that if you lean the chair back slightly on the rear legs, the chair folds up no problem. I'm a big guy (6'4" 220 lbs), and I felt safe and secure in this chair. I didn't feel like it was going to collapse under my weight. The chair was comfortable. I can tell it's going to last a long time. I think it's a good value for the price and would recommend this product to others.

We love these chairs! These chairs have lasted 10 years in the hot Florida sun on our deck and still look great until now! They just broke one week between each other. I think that is outstanding. Nothing last 10 years anymore. I just ordered two more, they are extremely comfortable.

Chair lasted 3 years. Plastic ring broke that is the main support. Looked to me like it was engineered to fail. Cannot be repaired. Seems like it should of lasted longer.

I have had two Kettler Tiffany chairs for over 10 years so I knew the quality when I ordered the Nizza model for my boat. The Nizza weighs half that of the Tiffany so I wondered about it's quality. It also costs less than half. The chair came yesterday morning and I was not disappointed.
I immediately sat the chair on the back of the boat and left for a 4 hour trip down the west coast of Florida. When I arrived I noticed that the chair had turned grey from diesel soot being station wagoned on the back of the boat. Turns out that resin is very porous and will absorb soot. I washed it back to white and lesson learned. Put it inside the cabin for the next trip.
I will buy another one.

I had used my grandmother's reclining chair for years but the fabric finally succumbed to age. This chair is just as comfortable, reclines too, and I love it. I bought the Kettler Ottoman with the chair and it gives me a comfortable place to rest my legs. This chair feels very durable and is easy to clean. I use mine on my enclosed porch. The chair/ottoman seemed a little pricey but it will withstand more weight than some others, looks super easy to clean, and looks very well-made. I am hoping this chair gives me the same pleasure my grandmother's did. Both the chair and the ottoman came nicely packaged. The chair required no assembly and the ottoman required only a little (legs). Everything was very well labeled and I had no problem quickly installing both on my porch!
