Good product but didn't work for my purposes

Gave as a supplement to my laminitic horse for improved hoof growth. I found out later it is not absorbed well. It also gave him significant flatulence which stopped when I stopped the product. Nothing bad to review on the product itself, just need some other better means to supplement magnesium and calcium for my equine.

This is GOOD stuff! I take it every day. I'm not going to explain it all here, but if you look up Magnesium, and you look up the best forms of it, Dolomite is the ticket! Many people are deficient, and there have been several fascinating studies done on this vital mineral.

I use this product primarily as an antacid at night to settle my stomach and relieve intestinal inflammation. Although it is not an optimum form of calcium/magnesium for absorption. it still provides some benefit and is much less expensive. It is always best to obtain nutrients through a healthful diet and not to depend too much on supplements. Eat your greens!

I bought this to make my own toothpaste. Dentist confirmed that the toothpaste is effective and I believe that this powder is key to that. Remineralize your teeth with this stuff!
