If the option to give 0 stars was there then it would have been just that. The wife had a project where I had to empty out a tube of caulk and color it with paint and then put the contents back in the tube. I figured that a reusable tube was the way to go. putting the plunger into the tube is a real Bitch, and pushing it back out is even worse! I used a 3/16 wood dowel and pushed right through 1 of them. So I thought to myself "why cant I just use the one I just emptied?" Well I tell you that worked ALOT better! Do not waste your money and buy this, Its just shy of a scam. Save an empty water based caulk tube, make sure you clean it and it will work 100x better than these!

I want to like this product but the frustration involved with getting the plunger out almost makes this a single use item and therefore expensive. Unfortunately, the design does not allow the removal of the plunger based on the instructions on the tube especially if the tip is cut for a small dispense. A flat faced 3/16" steel rod easily punctures the plunger even at its thicker center.
A metal disc inserted into before the plunger should prevent the puncture but I have yet to attempt it. Others have suggested a pull string but I do not want to deal with leaks from the punctured plunger.

When I received these, there were just two standard size caulking tubes (and not the two syringes pictured with it). They came un-bagged, but were what you would expect. They are a plastic tube with a permanent tip (that you cut for the size bead you want to run), and an insertable cap.
According to the side of the tube, you are just supposed to push a thin metal rod (or something like it) through the tip in order to push the cap back out and refill.
However, whether using a pneumatic caulk gun, or a hand-held manual type, we couldn't get that to work without puncturing the cap (thus rendering it useless for refilling/re-using. Anything stiff enough to provide enough pressure just breaks through the thin plastic cap.
Out of curiosity, we tried putting an airhose nozzle flush with the end of the tip (20-30 psi seemed to be the magic number), and pushing it back out that way. It works in a matter of minutes. Nonetheless, make sure you're over a sink or trashcan and wearing safety goggles...when it finally does pop out, it will blast across the room and/or spray any remaining goop from within the tube. It's not ideal, but it works.

Too small. Not what is pictured on advertisement.

I bought these to grout my floor. The description said it was used with a standard caulk gun. How? They are 3" long. Not what was advertised. At. All. Very disappointed. These are small syringes. Buyer beware.
Great product, but don't cound on getting the two smaller syringes if shown in the photo...

The existing photo showing the product also shows two syringes. Don't put those in your work plans as I did because you will NOT receive them. Apparently the PHOTO showing two large empty tubes and two smaller syringes is incorrect and misleading. One star off for that; but to be fair, I am trying to give more weight to the 10 oz. tubes which are as described and constructed of quality materials. They also appear to be of domestic origin.
