Cheaply Made

This is one of the only cage covers I could find that would fit my cage. In my opinion, it seems cheaply made. I have only had the cover for a week or two now and already there are several pulls in the fabric. I have to pull it over my cage because I am too short to set it and I think this is the reason the snags are appearing. I had expected to be able to put it on without catching the fabric but it happens every time and then I have to check and make sure no snag are in the cage with my bird, I found one in there the other day. I just think it could be better made. I would return it but it is too hard to find another one that fits my cage. I now just use it to cover the cage until I cut off the lights and then uncover to make sure my bird doesn't get into trouble during the night with the snags
Fits well the MidWest Cat Playpen / Cat Cage if you want to use for a cat crate!

I don't own birds, and bought this to use on a cat crate, the MidWest Cat Playpen / Cat Cage Includes 3 levels, etc., and works perfectly! I had just rescued a cat from a stray group and thought I might need to keep him in and away from my indoor female cat until he's checked at the vet-- he's is clean of everything :-) just some ear mites issues.
My cats are still exploring it, not really using it, but it happens with just about anything I get new for them.

Perfect Bird Cage Cover

Perfect for covering our Budgie at night. It's thin (some light shows through so it won't be completely dark in the bird's cage) and very large. Love the slits on the sides so you can leave one side open if you want. Our cage is clearly smaller than the dimensions of this cover but it works fine. The fabric is very flexible. During the day we use it to keep one side of the cage covered.
Would have given a 4 for fit, however superior material easily bumped it back to 5

It doesn't fit completely over the cage we bought it for, although the claims were that it would. However, it does a decent job of keeping light out for helping our bird sleep. Also, he tends to chew through all types of fabric leaving gaping holes in everything from cotton sheets to thick flannel. However, try as he might, he's not been able to nibble even a hole in this fabric. You can see where he's tried, as it kind of tucks in around his bite marks, however no holes! That's a win in my book. We just keep the area where it doesn't quite close towards the wall.
SO happy I purchased this cover!

I don't know why some people gave this a poor review. One I seen the person shared a picture of it only covering 1/4 of her bird cage which looks a lot like the size of mine , W-32", H-62" (from very top to the rollers on floor) D-31 1/4 and this cover fits the height just like this picture shows. It is slightly bigger than our bird cage BUT it is GREAT!!! I have nothing negative to say about this cover. It has excellent quality fabric & I LOVE the front flap because you can just flip it up if you want just the front open.
I rarely leave reviews but I decided to start because I depend on reviews myself before considering purchasing any item. I thank those people for taking the time to help others decide. ALTHOUGH I have found out that there are many people out there who are just never satisfied. Trust me, if I have even a tad of negativity on an item I will share it.
You cannot go wrong ordering this cover! It is so perfect, I couldn't have chose one better if I were out shopping for one. I've never even seen any in the stores that look even "close" to this awesome cover. It's light weight too which is nice, not too thick. Some other reviewers said they received they're & it had fraying & thread hanging, not mine. It is in perfect condition. Maybe they bought a "used" one?
