What I wanted.

It's as good or better than the lid it replaces. Has the working light receptacles for bulbs would need to be purchased sepraratly. What more could I want.

Best to use with Low - Temp House Bulbs

Had a difficult time finding bulbs that fit in the socket and provided adequate lighting. Ended up going with regular, low-temp light bulbs and had to remove the splash guards. Otherwise, works well and for a great price. I love the cutout for the filter and air tube. Also love the feeding door as well. Would definitely recommend over the flat, all glass aquarium tops.
