Works well. Solder holder is a dream. Didn't need the iron holder but mounted it anyway.

I bought this to attach to my Panavise 350 and the screws it came with are too big. The Panavise web page states this should be compatible with the 350's tray base. I noticed in the included instructions they show a flat head type screw but mine came with philips head. I will be returning it.
