I bought this for my Conn 20k. I have had this case for exactly two years now and it seems to protect my sousaphone very well and doesnt take up as much room as other cases. However, the storage for mouthpiece, bits etc. is just a couple of pockets that are too small and simply held in place with velcro, mine became unglued after a few months, also, the bell goes over these so you cannot access anything in the pockets without taking the entire sousaphone out. The handle for rolling the case on its wheels is positioned such that you have to hunch over to use, otherwise the case will scrape along in its back corner with the wheels in the air. Even on a smooth surface and hunching over to roll the case, if you walk too fast it will become unstable and start to tip over.
