I really love this product, so much so that I do not use any other brand of vitamins for my parakeets. I got my parakeets from a pet store when they were only about 4 months old and their wings were severely clipped, however when I started putting this powdered vitamin in their food they began to grow their support feathers within a few weeks. What I do to administer the vitamin to my birds is take a cheap oil vitamin and mix it through the food along with the Nekton vitamin so it has something to stick to. This stuff is pricy but it really works!

My moms cockatiels kept loosing new tail feathers whenever they'd land ungracefully and seemed to have feather issues in general (sore, sensitive feathers). After a couple of weeks of this supplement in their water and we all noticed a huge difference in their sensitivity when they cleaned themselves and they finally had tail feathers staying! After about a year you'd never know they ever had an issue.
