Overall though it's not all bad. Buy them if you need a cheap cord ...

Cheap. Cheap. Cheap. The screws feel loose, the metal contacts are flimsy, and the wire is just okay. But, they do what they're supposed to.

I'll probably upgrade out of these eventually as I'm almost positive these are going to introduce noise into my signal.

Overall though it's not all bad. Buy them if you need a cheap cord or like me, 12+ at one time.
Pleased with these cables on my newly built Nano+ board

My purchase of the 6-pack arrived today and are already in use on my new board. The length is shorter than other brands in that the advertised length includes connectors. However, the length is perfect for my needs. No issues connecting any of my pedals and no issues with unwanted noice in my signal chain.
I've had a few cords go bad, cords do this

Got them to make space on the board. I probably wouldn't get them again for a few reasons - First, if you switch out your pedals often (GAS-er), or rearrange your gear often, then you're likely to damage these babies. I've had a few cords go bad, cords do this, but be aware. Maybe, I am not careful enough when moving the gear around. Second, If you have top loading pedals, the "pancake" diameter may block out power supply or create clutter at the top end of pedal. Price and convenience, but maybe some issues with quality control.
I did get the 9" version from another maker and they work fine (a bit more pricey).
The HOSA right angled (non-pancake) cords seem to hold up better, but you're saving more space with the pancakes.
Good patch cables, but can lead to some space issues

I love these patch cables. They work find in all kinds of pedals - I've never run into any issues as described by one reviewer with them not working with some brands. However, I have a couple of pedals where the input and output jacks (or power jack) are located close together at the top of the pedal, and the flat "pancake" head of the cable can be too wide to use on a couple of pedals I own - or too wide to use this kind of cable on both jacks. The ones that come to mind are a Danelectro mini graphic EQ and the other is an Aphex Guitar Xciter, which has input, output, power and a few other functions crammed onto the top of the pedal.

Other than that these are the best option I've found for getting pedals with side mounted input and output jacks close together on a pedalboard.
Excellent product

This is a great product, especially for crowded pedalboards.
People who say these don't plug completely into MXR or Electro Harmonix pedals are wrong. They fit just fine. The same goes for the supposed issue with the "pancakes" inhibiting plugging in a power supply. It's not an issue. See the attached picture.
