Had to edit my comment from 3 start to 4 start. From comments on other websites and this website, I was expecting it to work within two weeks. It did not work at two weeks and I made the comment about it not doing much. After 3 weeks it did start to work. It still is not as good as a prescription diuretic. However I stopped the prescription because of the side effect, which this product, at least for me, has no side effects. I now have to go to the bathroom at night and notice a slight difference in how often I go to the bathroom. It did help with the swelling in the fingers, which is what I wanted as I couldn't wear my wedding ring. As far as water weight, I have not notice a difference. Usually I lose about 4-5 lbs in water weight when I start back on the diuretic. Sometimes I forget to take it for a few days and I gain it back but it is always constantly 4-5lbs within a day of taking the prescription diuretic. Haven't notice a change in weight with this, which as long as I can wear the rings, it is doing what I wanted so I am happy. Just have to give it time to work, took 3 weeks but at least I did not waste money buying it.
