I'll make this review short and simple. This is the best hot sauce ever!!!. It is not just hot. This stuff has real flavor. I'ts made with red peppers, salt, sugar, garlic and vinegar. It's a must try hot sauce. After tasting this stuff I can't imagine ever going back to anything else.

Your kitchen isn't complete until you have Sriracha hot sauce in your stache. Sriracha is fabulous on Pho, ramen-noodle dishes, Asian-based recipes, and even mixed into different sauces to add some heat. And trust me, this hot sauce is NOT weak! You will feel the burn, but in a very enjoyable way. This stuff truly gives you dish the kick you crave.

Better price than my local store on a nice big bottle (approximately two cups.) This is my first sriracha sauce so I can't comment as to how it tastes compared to other brands but I am happy with it. I wanted to try a "dragon noodle" recipe I found online (the source of all culinary rabbit holes....) and this worked perfectly with my noodles. Your mouth will not forgive you if you go crazy with the sauce but if you start out with a degree of caution this sauce is quite pleasantly but not overwhelmingly hot. I may not be planning to add it to all my foods (like some devotees!!!!) but I do think it is an excellent new addition to my kitchen pantry. Thanks, Amazon!
