Solved my mite problem

I purchased a baby boa that unfortunately arrived with mites. I didn't catch it right away, and the mites spread to my other snakes in quarantine. I gave everyone a soak in dish-soap water and deep-cleaned the enclosures, but there were still a few mites remaining. I purchased this product and used it to spray down all of my snakes (avoiding their heads), and I also used it to wipe down their enclosures. I did this weekly for three weeks. It's been several months now, and I haven't seen any more mites. I like that this product is safe to use directly on the snakes. The only thing I regret is not buying the larger size right. After the three weeks of treatments on 6 snakes, my little bottle is almost out. I went ahead and purchased the larger size to have for future emergencies, as it's a better value if you'll be using a lot of it.
Very effective

I bought this product after I had a snake on hold for about a month who had mites, and the pet saw that I was buying him from, had yet to find the product to treat his mites me being a advocate and long-term reptile owner I knew how to treat mites quickly, so I tried this product because a different product. I usually use was not available anymore and this was just three applications cured my snake of mites, and it is something that I will keep on hand for all future reptile needs.

We got a snake for our daughter for christmas and a month later my husband asked if it was normal to have little black bugs on it. I freaked out and started googling it and "mites" came up with all sorts of stories on how hard it was to get rid of them and such. I went to a pet store and they didn't even sell anything that would work. I found this and I like that it is all natural so I overnighted it and figured I'd give it a try. I washed the entire snake cage and all it's stuff first in white distilled vinegar, rinsed it, and let it dry. I bathed the snake in a nice warm bath for about 20 minutes but found that the little mites just crawled into his nose :( Poor thing. Then I sprayed the entire cage and all the stuff with this spray, let it dry and then rinsed it all with water and dryer it again. Then I sprayed this stuff in my hands and rubbed it all over the snake and carefully around it's face and tried to avoid it's eyes. I could see the mites falling off as I wiped the snake. Then I put white paper towels in the bottom of the change instead of wood and stuff just to keep an eye on the mites. It's been a week and we've seen NOTHING and I've inspected the snake with a magnifying glass. I'm so glad it was easier than I thought it would be and the spray didn't have a nasty smell or anything.
