Very good quality, the pressure guage could stand to be a little higher quality. The one I got ,the plastic lens cover was loose in the box. Not a big deal, a little super glue and it popped right back in. The pump itself has a heavy ,solid feel which is why it seems like they cheaped out on the guage a little compared to the rest of the tool. It worked fine, It got to 26 psi for me on a test run no problem. I bought one of those coolant tester kits that comes with a ton of adapters that was a piece of junk and I returned. This one is strides above those but you may need to buy individual adapters to fit your particular vehicle. The stant website has a page to look up the needed adapters for your particular vehicle.
Buyer Beware, try it as soon as you get it.

Bought this in October for my husband. Not a tool he uses often, but when he finally gets the chance to use it, it doesn't work. It won't hold any pressure. Now it's basically a very expensive paper weight. Really disappointed.

purchased my 1st tester in 77 but lost it last year unfortunately. so I bought another. things sure have changed. this one is not as heavyduty but still just as nice in all other aspects. used it for the 1st time today & that little drip I couldn't find showed right up. the price is right & I'm sure this one will last as long as I'm able to turn a wrench. never knew there were so many different cap desings & adapters- not that I will probably ever need any of them but its nice to know theyre available if I do.
