Effective but very messy.
Cal Sand•September 23, 2017
I am satisfied with this product. It was easy enough to put on a few coats of it. Would have preferred it to be easier to evenly distribute. I mean, the sand type product in it creates a lot of uneven bumps and texture. It dries very hard but still a bit rubbery. I used it on wood and it sticks fine to a piece of plywood.
Or whatever clothes you are wearing you will need to throw away when you are done. You need to wear gloves and probably have an extra pair of gloves to handle your dirty gloves once you take them off. This is like rolling on roof tar. I looked like I'd rolled around in hot asphalt.
I've never use anything like this so the price seems a bit expensive. However, it does what it says Buy sealing and protecting whatever you apply it to.

Use a good polyester brush
Bobby•September 21, 2017
The 3 inch roller is crap. It just makes a mess. My white F150 was looking like a zebra on side walls. I changed over to a 4 inch polyester brush (a good one). The liner went on a lot faster with better coverage. I did the bottom of the bed in no time and had very little touch up which I'm doing in the morning and will be posting pictures. Be sure to use a good trim tape to avoid bleed through around edges. I haven't used up a gallon on 8ft bed.
Stay away!!!

This product is only for show or hauling around groceries! One week after installation I loaded some bed rails and I have gouge marks down to the original paint! I didn't throw them in either. I have a 84 C10 I'm restoring and take great care with everything. Very disappointed... Spend the money on a professional job is you want to protect your bed!
Impressive
Fred DiFiore•August 26, 2017
Mighty impressive stuff. Not sure how well it will wear in the future, but initial impressions are that it is indestructible. And for goodness sakes, don't drip any on anything that you like or don't want to be black. It dries quick and permanent!
Never saw so many "warnings" in instructions. They are well written and if you follow them you will have good results.

This product worked great. Made my new ATV trailer look great and the product seems to be very durable after hauling a few cords of firewood.
