Cut 20+ Sheets of Hardibacker and still going strong

I was building an outdoor kitchen and I needed lots of concrete board but the reviews on most of these blades where not great. Either very expensive or short life. I was skeptical but I went with this blade and was impressed
I needed to cut....
8x - 4x8 1/4 inch sheets of hardibacker
10x - 3x5 1/4 inch sheets of hardibacker
5x - 3x5 1/2 inch sheets of hardibacker.
All boards required cutting and this one blade cut them all with ease. Even after all that cutting it cut just as smooth and clean as the first cut. See picture...lots of cuts needed. Wear glasses and dust mask this stuff is bad for your lungs

Brought this to rip cut and miter cut vinyl fencing. This was a great blade for the job. I had one on my miter saw and one on the table saw, both worked flawlessly without any chipping. Just make sure the blades are at top rpm and slow, steady cuts, no need to rush.

I have been using these blades to cut my acrylic without any problems at all. Cuts the acrylic well and doesn't crack the material, which is always a good thing when you are working with plastic. Highly recommended!

I hate to brag about imported metal, but this 40t wood marathon blade in 7 1/4 performed so flawlessly and for so long, that it's very difficult to justify spending more. Imports have really come a long way, Irwin in particular.
