A very heavy duty weight. Those interested in buying this should get a sense of what 25 lb weighs - maybe go to a sports store and pick up a 25 lb dumbell for reference. It is perfect for bigger or stronger people. The only improvement might be a longer strap with velcro on both sides to double wrap for an extra secure fit, but the existing strap does work.
