I used this as directed and my dogs ears did improve a little, but he still has ear mites. I am pretty disappointed that I have to spend more money on another product for his ears. I gave two stars because it did help improve the redness and swelling in his ears, but since it didn't resolve the actual problem I can't recommend it.

My boyfriend's cat has ear mites. She got them last year, and I had some left over medicine that's safe for dogs/cats that I had purchased from my vet for my dog. That worked great. This works okay. It has cleared up somewhat, but quite honestly she will probably need to go to the vet. I was hopeful for better results based on some of the feedback, but for us this has not been the best working product.

Not as good as the old original Happy Jack for some reason. Seems like we have to use this more often than we did the original one.
