Did not receive the same product as the picture shows

The product I received wasnt the one in the picture, it did not have a chuck installed in the tool, just a hexagonal socket instead, with the keyless chuck on the package. Didnt come with the adjustment key also.
It is not possible to use it ( not withstanding the fact that the product I paid for is not the one I received) , because it does NOT rotate on center, it is excentric, so there is no way you can drive a scew or ajust anything with a socket tool on it, IT JUST DOESNT ROTATE CENTERED.
Complete waste of money, And there is no contact to the direct company also.
Sad.
