What can I say? It is 60/40 tin-lead solder with a rosin flux core! Not for sweating pipes! But for my purposes it will be just fine! I am happy! it is as advertised, it arrived ahead of schedule, with no headaches!

This stuff is junk. I bought two packs for a large project and after opening and using some first package I tried to return the other and there are no returns so be careful if you have a fine soldering job to do this is not the stuff to use.
The flux core is inadequate.

If you use extra flux, this will do the job. Not as easy to work with in comparison to other 60/40 blends, but I think the flux in this solder is to blame. I have switched to Kester and Miniatronics branded solder for my projects and have since had a way easier time producing good and consistent joints without using extra flux.
With what little experience I have soldering this seems to work great!

I am no soldering expert and have little experience soldering outside of building quadcopters which does require some small soldering skills I suppose. For me it works great-I use this in conjunction with a flux pen which guarantees a great solder so I am happy!
