The rod had to bent to fit but easy to do
Barry G. Meadows•February 9, 2018
this handle worked perfectly on champion 4 American Standard toilet. The rod had to bent to fit but easy to do.
Looks Droopy, Does NOT work properly
Autumn Brown•January 2, 2018
The build quality of the handle itself seemed quite good, but the interior parts are a problem. If you let it rotate in the square hole, then the handle looks droopy. If you set it level, you have to really really tighten it down, and even then it tries to rotate, which leaves the flapper hanging. It has been installed for 3 days now, and still seems to want to move around. Now, I'm trying just letting it droop and locking it as far as it can rotate in the square.

We may live with it, but I would not purchase this item again.

UPDATE: Finally gave up and replaced it. It continues to move around and when it droops too much, it holds the valve open slightly wasting water.
Great tank lever

Nice looking lever. Functional, easy to adjust. All you could ask for when you go to flush.
Perfect

Poor design. Tiny screw does not have enough pressure ...

Poor design . Tiny screw does not have enough pressure to hold lifting arm . Handle slips and does not lift check valve.
