So good! I use it to season boneless chicken breasts which I then grill, slice, and top a Greek salad (Romaine, kalamata olives, chopped artichoke hearts, red onions, sliced pepperoncini). It is also amazing mixed with ground lamb to make Greek lambburgers!

I am devoted Penzey's customer, but this is one other brand of seasoning that I always have in my house. It makes everything taste better. I have created or modified several recipes to use this seasoning and it really brings things up a notch! I tried to find a way to make a copycat version but did not find one. However, the price is pretty cheap for the flavor it brings to my cooking, so it is a worthwhile buy in my book! Here is one adapted recipe that I make all the time for work lunches: 12oz bowtie or rigatoni pasta. 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil and 1/2 cup mayo. 1/2 of a boneless/skinless cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced into bite sized pieces. 1 red pepper cut in bite sized pieces. About 1/3 cup fine diced red onion. Big handful of pitted kalamata olives sliced in 1/2. 2-3 teaspoons Cavenders seasoning. About 1T red wine vinegar. 1-2 teaspoons crushed red peppers, to taste. A dash of lemon juice. 1/3 to 1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese. Cook the pasta to al dente, drain. In a big bowl, whisk the oil, mayo, Cavenders seasoning, red wine vinegar, crushed red peppers, lemon juice. Add cooked pasta, chicken, peppers, onions, olives and toss to coat. Stir in the feta. Cover and refrigerate for a hours to allow the flavors to blend.

I love this seasoning! You can put it on anything (veggies, fish, meat, tofu) and it gives it an amazing flavor boost. Much better than regular seasoning salt. The price on Amazon is great also, especially since I can't always find it in the grocery stores.
