Great tasting stuff. About the pitt reviews. There are two products from Goya. Pitted and not. The 5 stars are for the pitted jar. There are not pitts and I love it on spaghetti.
There are two kinds of Goya Alcaparrado: pitted and unpitted

To the reviewers complaining about pits in the Goya Alcaparrado: there are TWO varieties-pitted and unpitted. Only the pitted is labeled as being so. The primary ingredient in both is green olives, then pimientas, and last capers. Capers do not have pits. If you want enough capers to fry, this is not your product; buy a jar of capers only. P.S. If the label does not specifically say (right on the front) "pitted" then expect your olives with pits.

This is magical stuff -- just so you remember that the lovely green olives are not pitted. Huge lovely capers and sweet pimento complete this classic Alcaparrado. Just used it in a picadillo recipe to raves from all who partook. Needs to be in every pantry as staple.
