For the lowest sodium pasta sauce I have found, this was delicious. I just got it today and tried a spoonful of it. As other reviewers had reported, the cost is high and maybe you could make your own cheaper and with as good a flavor. I don't know if I want to take the time and the trouble to do that. And for a healthier sauce for the heart, as an HF patient I will probably just keep paying the higher cost for a decent tasting low sodium sauce.
