This machine ADDS wrinles to your product and does NOT remove them! I can do better with my steam iron! I am so disgusted. This is a good company in terms of customer service - when my machine arrived and found out it did not have a water pour spout or a spray bottle in the packaging, I called and the agent said he would get them to me. Good for them! Then I tried the machine and that's where the problem lies. In the "middle of the machine" it lays the items flat and looks great. Looks like a professional press. BUT THE SIDES are wrinkly and some tiny wrinkles from the pressing pad are imprinted on the fabric. It would NOT remove the wrinkles but added them! I am so disappointed in this but it is going back! what a waste of time for me!

UPDATE: it leaks oil! See attached photo, it's not water dots it's oil. It has happened more than once. I saw other customers have had the same issue, not even bothering with a replacement.
Not worth it. I tried to do hard to get it "right", watching YouTube videos and practicing recommended methods. Nope. Lately I've realized I'm dreading laundry because I hate this thing. It even can easily give you burns. And since I spent so long trying to learn "the right way" I cannot return it now.
The device itself isn't too bad, hence two stars and not one. Top is hard to open and close (to tight?), but generally it's ok. Biggest issue is the size of it. For one shirt you have to do many iterations because the height of my Large size shirt is much much larger than the board. The commercial ones have pretty large boards allowing one go for each side and have pretty powerful steam output (I watched one, it was amazing!).

works great. i haven't used a traditional iron in over 20 years. My last steam press died and I ordered this one. no to big or to small. its perfect. can get my clothes ironed in a fraction of the time it takes with traditional ironing
Water Chamber Breaks

I loved his thing for 3 uses. On the 4th use I had a puddle of water on the table. I checked the water chamber and it had multiple cracks. I had checked the chamber before turning the iron on to the lowest setting and it was fine. 10 minutes later the water chamber utterly failed. Returning this for a refund and will wait for a better product. Otherwise, having a press was awesome, while I had it.

BUYER BEWARE! Item worked fine on first use. Upon 2nd use I noticed it leaving dark spots (like oil spors) on my shirts. Unfortunately this happened 5 days past the return window. If you buy it test thoroughly inside the return window.
UPDATE - After working with customer service (an easy process) it was determined my first unit was defective and needed to be replaced. I found it odd they didn't want it back and I was told to cut the cord and send a picture as proof. Seems kind of wasteful but I assume shipping costs are the reason. Once done my new press arrived in 2 days. The unit has worked flawlessly so far and while there is some getting use to the process I believe this to be a wise investment and rank this 5 STARS! It's a nifty little tool.
