Very handy tool. It just felt that the wheel was a bit loose, but perhaps that is how it needs to be to work easily. I made apricot horn cookies for a wddding and it made them look lovely. Very glad I bought it and I will use it again!
The Best Wheel for Ravioli

I frequently make ravioli from scratch and I have quite a few pastry wheels. This is by far the best and I'm not even sure why. The wheel doesn't ever get stuck and it seals the pasta securely. The size is a bit larger than some other ones I have so it's comfortable to handle.
