I'm trying various quiche recipes this year, and I'm very glad to have this item. I've previously used glass pie plates for quiche crust, and this special quiche plate provides better support for both the crust and the filling. The appearance is also perfect--a smooth, snow white finish. I like the product so much that I intend to order a second one so I can bake two quiches for serving at brunch or lunch. This is an excellent purchase.

This is NOT 10" it's 9", but it was too late for me to do anything about it and I had to make my flan which is now completely off. Very frustrated.
