Heavy build

Nice, rock solid! I use it in my one piece fiberglass bath-shower. I think the secret to a good installation is to press it really hard against the wall while at the same time snapping shut the suction levers. This is the second one I have purchased. I paid full price for both of them, no affiliation with the company at all!
Dangerous devise. Keeps coming off the shower wall.
GraywolfApril 2, 2017
We have a fiberglass shower. We prepped the wall, remove soap residue etc., before installing. It stays on the wall for about 1-2 weeks before it comes loose when getting in or out of the shower. This is not a safe situation. Wife is recovering from hip surgery and this coming loose almost caused her to fall. Lost all confidence in the devise.
Firm Grip
Amazon CustomerMarch 24, 2017
After several tries I got the placement correct and it's firmly attached. The only issue is that it's just a tad too short to fit exactly within a 4 inch tile. It has been in place for several weeks now and feels as firmly placed as when I first installed it. I think it's important to wipe the tile with alcohol to remove any soap or scum, and the tiles need to be smooth, not textured.
Works great

The adheres well to the shower wall. I was nervous the first time I had to use it. More because of not wanting to injure myself after surgery: visions of great pain. This handle did not shift or come off the shower wall and it works great. After overcoming those concerns, I have easily managed in and out of the shower. It can be positioned in any way you need for assistance. Worth the investment.
Two for the Shower Tub!
Roy K. FarberDecember 11, 2016
For the price and suction, you can't beat this. No, you're not wanting to hang on to it to support your weight, but if you expect that it'll give, then at least you're going to cushion your fall. But aside from that understandable drawback, this precious gives one security in balance, is there the prevent gravity from otherwise aligning against you! Got two for the shower-tub.
