Before buying this, I read the reviews and they were not encouraging. But I bought nonetheless. I did as the instructions stated as well as feed back and guidance from YouTube. Well what do you know, this product works great! LOL
It takes a little bit of finding your own hand position to make it work.

It works very well on paper no thicker than 1/32". They don't provide the best instructions but make sure you use the wheel under the yellow center to fix the length you set, otherwise it will move while you cut. Press down the center firmly and make sure the blade stay biting into the paper while rotating especially the first cut. It takes a little bit of practice but I think this affordable little tool deserves a good rating.

Like the ease of measuring circle size. Came with new blades so can be used for many cuts.

This is the worst item I think I've ever purchased. The blades are dull and don't cut unless you press down super hard, and it's nearly impossible to find the center of the circle to cut properly. Do not buy this.

This is a great product if you plan to cut only a single piece of paper at a time. I bought it to cut a circular hole in an adhesive bandage my father uses to seal his urinoscopy bag to his hip. The blade barely sticks out far enough that if you have a thick item you will have to press down very hard and make repeated circular cuts to penetrate the thicker item. I wish I could adjust the blade depth or have a series of interchangeable cutters that can be swapped for the desired depth cut required. Positioning the center of the radial cut on a specific point can be hard because it is hard to view the central area though all those multiple layers of clear plastic. Overall I would give it an 8 out of 10.
