strange uses, super affective

Great for keeping hangovers away if you drink too much AND great for whitening your teeth! Take 3-6 at bedtime with a huge glass of water after drinking and you'll wake up feeling FINE. If you bust open a capsule and rub it on your teeth with a toothbrush and wait 5 minutes you'll have noticeably whiter teeth after one use and they feel so fresh and smooth like you just went to the dentist.

I'm not going to lie, i actually take these before a night full of drinking. For me, this has prevented many a hangovers!!

Full disclosure: I didn't buy these for any other reason than to empty and make a paste for teeth whitening. You'll have to be careful with the capsules since they're a little hard to separate so kind of turn them and try to slowly pull them off. Otherwise, you'll end up in a cloud of black charcoal like I did a couple times. Also, I attached a photo of my teeth before and after and I know the after isn't a HUGE difference, but that's because this was my test run. I only left it on for 10 minutes and I did not use a tray. I've since been told from my friends who recommended this to me that using a tray (or old mouth guard) helps a lot. Please don't brush your teeth with charcoal. It's bad for your enamel. Mix a tiny bit of water into the powder to make a paste, coat your teeth, put the rest in your mouth guard, and insert. I'd say 20 minutes would be good. I was very impressed at the difference it made in only 10 minutes.

This is a staple in our home, how many things it does well! First, it's great for digestion as has been stated enough below I need not go into it. BUT WAIT! There's more! - WHITE TEETH! - This is the best, safest, easy-on-the-wallet money saving way to whiten teeth too! First time I did it daily for a few weeks now I do it one or 2 times a week . My constipation problem didn't completely go with the use of this product. I felt like I needed something more stronger that would get things moving quickly and sooner.
