Perfect prop for outdoor adventure theme

I used this adorable canoe as a prop for an outdoor adventure themed closing. I'm a realtor and I like to make closings much more than just a transactional meeting. My clients are outdoor enthusiasts and they have a one-year-old so I thought this was just a perfect addition to the decorations and they absolutely loved it!
To small for my 6 yr old grand daughter.

Not alot to say except its just to little. My grand daughter can barely fit in it. And once she does finally get in it, it tips over very easy.

I had canoes about like this in the 80s. Got two for my kids. They're sort of the same but not quite. They have some weird extra things on the side to make them more stable, and less fun! They're ok I guess.

my 6 year old loves this thing. Even my 12 year old can get in with her feet hanging over and she stays afloat.
