Fun, colorful, educational fun

These bears have been a fantastic learning tool for my two year old! He took to the concept of sorting instantly; I think kids have a natural inclination to sort. It has also helped us with teaching him how to count.

The bears have been a useful toy in other ways too. For example, my son uses them with his construction vehicles, like his scooper and dump truck.

Beware, though, these will end up all over your house! The bears are constructed by joining the two halves of the bears together, so some of the edges are a bit rough. They haven't caused any issues for us.

Overall, fantastic learning tool!
color matching

I first saw this set when my daughter's therapist brought it over and let my daughter play with it. At the time my daughter wasn't able to match any of the bear colors to the cup colors. And to be honest I hadn't even thought about starting to work on color matching with her yet. I decided that I would purchase this Counting bears with cups set as a gift for her first birthday and start working on it with her more. She is getting better with color matching. she will put a blue bear up to the green cup shake her head and tell you no and then place it in the blue cup. So she is truly starting to understand. This toy is said to come with 50 bears so that would be 10 bears in each color, green, purple, blue, red and yellow; and it comes with 5 colored cups in the same green, purple, blue, red and yellow colors. The bears are small so I guess they could be a choking hazard so of course like with almost every toy adult supervision while playing with it is probably best. This is a fun way to work on learning colors and color matching with the kids.
He lines up the bears by color then happily counts them into each coordinating color cup

I bought this for my grandson, who has autism, and is very much into counting and colors at the moment. He lines up the bears by color then happily counts them into each coordinating color cup. We've made up counting and color matching games. The bears are the perfect size for his little 3 year old hands and he carries them around in his pockets. The coordinated perfectly with his favorite book, Brown Bear, which he recites while playing with the little bears. I would highly recommend this for all pre-school aged children to encourage color recognition and hands on counting practice.
Inexpensive gift for my sorting obsessed autistic 3 year old

My autistic 3 year old is somewhat obsessed with all things sorting and also loves to have us count things out while he sorts. This was a cute and inexpensive little counting/sorting set that we got him for his birthday and he really likes it. It's very simple, nothing flashy about it, but the bears and cups are well made for the price, small enough for little hands to learn some dexterity but not so small that they are a chocking hazard. My 15 month old niece came over and played with them too and she loved them! This would be great for a day care, church nursery or preschool classroom environment as well.
I figured this would be fun for my 2

I figured this would be fun for my 2, almost 3-year-old. I didn't expect him to be obsessed with it! He's been playing wth these since we got them.

My only complaint is about the cups, and it's kind of a big one because the game/activity relies on the colored cups. Very thin plastic, a couple have cracked, and if they break anymore I'll have to throw them away since they'd be a hazard (they kind of are now, but he won't let me take them away, so I'm left standing over him when he wants to use them).

Would definitely have bought these as gifts for every toddler I know if it weren't for the flimsy cups! Don't want to give a safety hazard.
