Read some reviews that this item is great and some that it doesn't work

Read some reviews that this item is great and some that it doesn't work. For such a low price, it's a gamble whether you receive one that will actually work.
I got one that doesn't work and unfortunately, it's not "eligible" for return. Purchase at your own risk folks.

I recommend the Sportsline 340 for anyone who wants to monitor ...

In 2015 I found my first 340 pedometer along a dusty road while hiking a cranberry bog on Cape Cod, MA, it had two missing buttons and still worked perfectly. I recommend the Sportsline 340 for anyone who wants to monitor their daily steps without the use of a cellphone or wristband. It's always a good idea to have a backup just in case it slips off your belt clip.
A small but mighty pedometer

I have used this pedometer for years but finally lost my old one. The reviews on Amazon were not very positive, but my experience told me to try it again.
This pedometer is small (about 1" x 1-1/2"), lightweight, and very easy to set. It's so small that I clip it to my shoe and get accurate readings every day.
I highly recommend it if all you want is to measure number of steps or miles. Do you really need anything more?

Great little Pedometer

I bought his almost 3 years ago and it still works just fine. While many have noted it attaches with a spring clip and not a full belt loop attachment, i personally have had no problems at all. I have lost others that had a much weaker clamp, this one stays put.
It is also extremely accurate once you set it up properly.
Need to get your 10000 steps in daily?.......
this keeps you honest and provides added incentive to ''Go the Distance"
Highly recommended AND a third the price of the competition

My husband and I were using a different pedometer for the last 2 years until they finally completely stopped. After ordering the Sportline 340 Strider, I believe we have a Winner! It is so accurate and small so it does not show if you wear a shirt over your pants and it is really comfortable. I now wear it all day even after I have been to the wellness center and I am amazed at how much I do walk. This makes me feel good and gets me healthy at the same time. Completely satisfied with this product and this company.
