Great product. Easy install, and very sturdy. Unlike others all knots and rungs are even. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that the dowels used are raw pine which is not weather resistant wood. I can't see them lasting long in the north east elements. Other than that this is a fantastic addition to our swingset.

Good quality, nice wooden rungs. Set up to bolt into a wooden beam or secure the eyelets into cement footings in the ground. Well made! The only thing that would have made this a better purchase would be if it were doubled in width, it's probably more narrow than you'd imagine, about 4' across, so 2 children can climb on it side by side, there just isn't enough room to move anywhere but straight up and back down again. Overall happy with purchase. I just ordered my 2nd one. Had the first one about 6 years and it was pretty good. But outside all the time and the wood like rungs cracked in two. Good product, just has a limited life like everything else. Perhaps the wood could be made of AL but then kids might chip teeth doing stupid things. Or plastic over aliuminum, etc.

I bought this for an alternative tree house set up in our back yard for my 3 and 7 year old children. I was very happy with the size and the addition of wooden rungs. It is a great accessory to any play area. I did want to see more of a versatile way to attach the ladder besides the original design of screwing it into an existing wooden playground set. To fit my tree I have to buy carabiners which would have been a nice addition to the supplied tools.
