Extremely low quality, fell apart from very light use.

This notebook is unbelievably low quality. The binding fell apart after less than a month of very light use (sitting on my desk and only being opened a few times).

Great computation notebook!

This is my first engineering computation notebook and I love it has thick pages that are numbered and is extremely sturdy only thing is the cover and the back cover are slightly flimsy so you may want to put a clear protective coat on the front and back cover but over all a great compution note book. Especially for students!

Contrary to many of the comments I see here, I have been using these notebooks and the National ones for 17 years. I've probably gone through ten to fifteen of the TOPS brand, compared with less than a half-dozen of the National brand (because they are less expensive and I pay for them out of my own pocket). I carry them with me at all times and use them for everything -- meeting notes, investigations, experimental results, etc. I also use one in my home woodshop. My notebooks get stuffed with taped-in documents, which stress the bindings. The front cover sometimes gets folded 360-degrees back behind the rest of the notebook to minimize desk space. I have not had any problems with bindings or pages coming out.
I'm not contesting the other comments. It's just that I give my notebooks quite a bit of abuse and have not experienced any of the same issues.
