For the price it's a pretty good deal. Sometimes the belt sits awkwardly on my waist and bruises my pelvic bones. That took a little getting used to but once I knew where to place the belt it's been fairly easy to use. I have had less back pain from squats and deadlifts because of using this belt.

Sizing issue!

The belt is great! Gives you great support when you need it and definitely helps out when lifting heavy. But as a person who sees reviews and goes off based on them I wouldn't listen to the ones on this product about its sizing. I'm a size 30/31 and read that a medium would fit and work! Needless to say that, that was false! It fit way too big, so I just had to make holes in it to be able to use it. So if you're a size 30/31 I'd recommend you getting a small without a doubt because even then you can go a few sizes up and it work better.
