These batons are wonderfully made with hammered dimpled bands towards the top and bottom of the shaft. The texture adds a nice bit of visual appeal and also helped me learn two handed tosses.
Like all the Star Line products, very well weighted. When you're ready to move up from the Starlet, this is a great starter professional baton with enough weight to help learn how to do some of the body spin tricks.
