This product came nicely packaged in plastic inside the box, no issues with it leaking or anything. So far, using this has kept my conch piercing from getting any infection, I use it like 3-4 times a day and soak it pretty good. The can still feels pretty fully and ive been using it for about two weeks. It's a great thing to take on the go when you can't make your own sea salt solution. My only complaint is that the cap does not fit the bottle, it just falls off so that sucks. Otherwise it's great
Update: I just ordered a new can it's exactly 1 month since I ordered the last can. I feel that's decent for as much as I feel like I use it and it's like $10. Definitely worth my piercing being less irritated. I used my own sea salt solution and my ear got super red and sore. It never does with stuff.

I like that this is a sterile spray and that there is no mixing of saline required. It's easy to apply and gentlr on the skin. I only wish I'd known about it earlier.

Honestly... I got my second piercing in my lobes and I have had the first piercing for 10 some years. Although this stuff kept my new piercing from getting infected, it completely irritated and messed up my pre-existing piercing no matter what earrings I had in, resulting in a large scab on my ear.
